1999 (11) TMI 192 - AT - Central Excise

The Appellate Tribunal CEGAT, New Delhi, in the case of Ms. Jyoti Balasundaram, set aside the order directing predeposit due to the Counsel's absence caused by a road blockade at the UP border. The stay applications were fixed for fresh hearing on 10-12-1999. (Citation: 1999 (11) TMI 192 - CEGAT, New Delhi)
