1999 (8) TMI 312 - AT - Central Excise

The Appellate Tribunal CEGAT in New Delhi allowed Modvat credit on PVC sheets used for making containers for sets of tools, following the decision of the Madras High Court. The appeal was allowed with consequential relief.
