1999 (11) TMI 212 - AT - Central Excise

The Appellate Tribunal CEGAT, New Delhi allowed the appeal of manufacturers of Glazed Ceramic Tiles for Modvat credit on refractory materials received between September 1994 to March 1995, citing previous decisions permitting such credit before 16-3-1995. The appeal was granted based on these precedents.
