2000 (5) TMI 295 - AT - Central Excise

The Appellate Tribunal CEGAT, New Delhi rejected an application for stay of operation of the order of the Commissioner (Appeals) due to lack of reasons supporting the request. The appeal is scheduled for regular hearing on 2-8-2000.
