2000 (9) TMI 275 - AT - Customs

The Appellate Tribunal CEGAT, New Delhi directed Customs Authorities to refund Rs. one lakh pre-deposit amount to importers based on original duplicate T.R. 6 Challan submitted within eight weeks from the date of the order. Compliance report due on 20-11-2000.
