2000 (8) TMI 449 - AT - Central Excise
The appeal was filed challenging an Order-in-Appeal, but it contained defects and errors. Despite being directed to correct the appeal, the errors were not rectified. Due to repeated indifference, the appeal was dismissed at the stage of stay. The order was marked to the Member in-charge of Legal and Judicial matters in the Central Board of Excise and Customs.
