2001 (1) TMI 272 - AT - Central Excise

The Appellate Tribunal CEGAT, New Delhi, in the case of denial of Modvat credit due to invoice discrepancy, waived the pre-deposit of duty for hearing the appeal based on Board's Circular No. 441/7/99-CX. The appeal is scheduled for arguments on 19-2-2001.
