The Appellate Tribunal CEGAT, New Delhi, in the case of Ms. Jyoti Balasundaram, waived the pre-deposit of duty and stayed the recovery pending appeal based on the decision of a Larger Bench regarding the inclusion of galleries in the computation of production capacity of a Hot Air Stenter.
