2001 (5) TMI 222 - AT - Central Excise

The appeals were dismissed for default due to the appellants not receiving notices or final order, and their counsel not informing them. The Tribunal restored the appeals in the interests of justice, considering the negligence of the counsel. Appeals fixed for hearing on 13-6-2001. ROA application allowed.
