1932 (6) TMI 11 - HC - Companies Law

The appeal against the order for public examination of Lal Chand and Vidya Sagar is dismissed as it is time-barred. The order was communicated to the appellants in 1930, and any protest should have been made within the prescribed time. The objection to limitation was not raised by the respondent.
