1934 (1) TMI 16 - HC - Companies Law

The High Court of Lahore dismissed an application under section 55(2)(c) of the Indian Companies Act for confirming resolutions regarding a refund of Rs. 150 per share. The special resolution was not confirmed within the required time frame, making it invalid. The petition was dismissed.
