2000 (5) TMI 574 - AT - Central Excise

The appeal was rejected by the Commissioner (Appeals) because the appellant did not submit the correct order of the Asstt. Commr. The Appellate Tribunal CEGAT, KOLKATA set aside the rejection and remanded the matter for decision on merits.
