The petition for winding up Seksaria Cotton Mills Ltd. was granted due to non-compliance with statutory notice and undisputed debt. The court rejected the argument of the company not being commercially insolvent. The court allowed time for the company to present a scheme before advertising the petition. The labor union was not permitted to appear in the hearing.
