2000 (6) TMI 600 - AT - Customs

The Appellate Tribunal CEGAT, Mumbai granted unconditional stay and waiver of the penalty imposed on the co-noticee based on previous Tribunal judgments. The case was adjourned for early disposal in July 2000. The order was agreed upon by both Members J.H. Joglekar and G.N. Srinivasan.
