2000 (9) TMI 758 - AT - Customs

The dispute involved the assessable value of second-hand aluminum alloy sheets imported by the appellant. The Tribunal directed the Commissioner to fix the value at Rs. 2544/- per M.T., same as in a similar case, and the appeal was disposed of accordingly.
