2000 (11) TMI 914 - AT - Central Excise
The Appellate Tribunal CEGAT, Kolkata ruled that Ceramic Tiles used for flooring in a factory do not qualify as refractory materials for claiming duty credit. The appeal was rejected, and the appellants were directed to repay Rs. 95,135.20 taken on the Ceramic Tiles.
