Order regarding GST DRC-07 functionality to Anti-evasion authorities - GST - States - F.17(131)ACCT/GST/2017/4671

GOVERNMENT OF RAJASTHAN COMMERCIAL TAXES DEPARTMENT ORDER Jaipur, dated: July 22, 2019 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 168 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 9 of 2017), I, Dr. Preetam B. Yashvant, Commissioner, State Tax, Rajasthan, hereby order that functionality to generate FORM GST DRC-07 available in boweb.internal.gst.gov.in shall be provided to all zonal Anti-evasion authorities for the registered taxable person which are not registered in their respective zones, but their vehicles have been detained in the territorial jurisdiction of the respective Anti-evasion authority. Anti-evasion authority shall not use any other functionality other than generation of FORM GST DRC-07 for the registered taxable person not registered in their territorial jurisdiction. The territorial jurisdiction of the Anti-evasion authorities shall remain the same as specified in order no. F. 16(21) Tax/ Juris (GST)/ CCT/ 2017/ 3196 dated 01.07.2017 as amended from time to time.
