GOVERNMENT OF NAGALAND OFFICE OF THE COMMISSIONER OF STATE TAXES NAGALAND: DIMAPUR Dated Dimapur, the 15 th November, 201 7 NOTIFICATION- 24/2017 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (6) of section 39 read with section 168 of the Nagaland Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (4 of 2017), the Commissioner thereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of Nagaland Office of the Commissioner of State Taxes, Nagaland; Dimapur No. 15/2017 dated the 16 th October, 2017 , namely:- In the said notification, for the words, figures and letters the 15th day of November, 2017 , the words, figures and letters the 24 th day of December, 2017 shall be substituted.
