A1579 Ruled/ Un-ruled/ Printed with Soft/ Hard Cover with or without PVC/ BOPP jacket/ Laminated Stationery items like Exercise Book/ Diary/ Notebook/ Register/ Writing Pad/ Drawing Book /Ruled paper sheets cut to various sizes 1 kg 1 Writing/Printing paper of GSM (50-150) 1.126 kg/kg content in export product. 2 Relevant Printing Ink 1.0 gm 3 Graphic Art Film/ Lithographic Film Plate Upto 2% of FOB value of export. 4 Binding material: a) Gum / Glue 1 kg per 100 kgs of paper used. kgs b) PVC Leather backed/ unbacked/ Metal wire coated/ uncoated 1.05 kg/ kg content in export product. 5 PVC/ BOPP Film (to be allowed only when the export product is with PVC/ BOPP jacket/ Lamination) 1.05 kg/kg content in export product. 6 Paper Board of relevant GSM 1.05 kg/kg content in export product. 7 Plasticiser Paper of relevant GSM 1.05 kg/kg content in export product. Note:1. The exporters can declare the actual quantity of coated and uncoated paper used in the shipping bills or in ARE-2 and accordingly claim import entitlements as per the SION. Note:2. In the case of assorted and mixed consignments where both coated and uncoated paper have been used in the exported product, exporter shall declare the consignment as mixed / assorted consignment having used both coated and uncoated paper and can claim entitlements for coated paper not exceeding 20% of their total import quantity entitlements as per the SION without maintaining any separate accountability. The rest they can import uncoated paper. Note : 3 Against the export of "Ruled Sheets cut to various sizes", import of items at Sl.No. 4 to 7 will not be Permitted.
