Rule 1 - Short Title and Commencement - Special Economic Zone Authority Rules, 2009

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 11th November, 2009 G.S.R. 811(E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (zb), (zc), (zd), (ze), (zf), (zg), (zh), (zi) and (zj) of sub-section (2) of Section 55 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) read with Section 31, the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely :- CHAPTER I PRELIMINARY Short title and commencement. - 1. (1) These rules may be called the Special Economic Zone Authority Rules, 2009. (2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
