Rule 3 - Term of Office - Special Economic Zone Authority Rules, 2009Extract CHAPTER II TERM OF OFFICE, VACANCY OF THE MEMBERS Term of Office. - 3. The term of office of members of the Authority (other than ex-officio Members) shall be for a period of two years from date of their nomination and they shall not be eligible for re-nomination immediately after expiry of their term but can be nominated for a subsequent term.
