Power of Chairperson to transfer cases from one Bench to another.
271. (1) The Chairperson may, on the application of the assessee or the Chief Commissioner or the Commissioner or on his own motion, transfer any case pending before one Bench for disposal to another Bench.
(2) The case under sub-section (1) shall be transferred by the Chairperson after recording the reasons for doing so.
