THE FOURTH SCHEDULE [Section 60(a)(i)] In the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, in Chapter 98, (a) in heading 9804, in column (2), for the portion beginning with the words and exempted from and ending with the words and figures under heading 9803 shall be omitted; (b) in tariff items 9804 10 00 and 980490 00, for the entries in column (4) occurring against each of them, the entry 35% shall be substituted.
