Validity of Certificate. 10. 1 [ (1) ] Every certificate or registration granted to a person under the Act shall be valid for a period of five years from the date of its issue. 2 [ (2) The validity of certificate surrendered under section 14A of the Act shall be deemed to have expired on the date of acceptance of the request by the Central Government. ] *************** NOTES:- 1 .
