Application of fines. 626. The Court [1] [or Tribunal] imposing any fine under this Act may direct that the whole or any part thereof shall be applied in or towards payment of the costs of the proceedings, or in or towards the rewarding of the person on whose information or at whose instance the fine is recovered. --------------------------------------- Notes:- [1] Inserted by the Companies (Second Amendment) Act, 2002, w.e.f. a date yet to be notified.
