Application of section 159 to Foreign Companies Rules, 1975 (Arrangement of Rules) Application of section 159 to Foreign Companies Rules, 1975 [1] [Notification No. GSR 52(E), dated February 19, 1975] In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (i) of clause (b) of sub-section (3) of section 600, read with section 642 of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following Rules, namely: 1. Short title and commencement. (1) These Rules may be called the Application of section 159 to Foreign Companies Rules, 1975.
