Advertisement of petition and list of creditors. 53. Notice of the presentation of the petition and of the list of creditors under rule 49, shall, within seven days after the filing of the said list or such further or other times as the Judge may allow, be advertised by the company in such manner as the Judge shall direct. Such notice shall state the amount of the proposed reduction of capital, and the places where the aforesaid list of creditors may be inspected, and the time as fixed by the Judge within which creditors of the company who are not entered but claim to be entitled to be entered on the said list, must send in their names and addresses and the particulars of their debts or claims and the names and addresses of their advocates, if any, to the advocate of the company. Such notice shall be in Form No. 24.
