Delivery of order and advertisement thereof. 93. Where the Court makes an order restoring the name of a company to the Register of Companies, the order shall direct that the petitioner do deliver to the Registrar of Companies a certified copy thereof within 14 days from the date of the Order, and that on such delivery, the Registrar of Companies do, in his official name, advertise the order in the Gazette of the State or Union Territory concerned.
