Legal assistance for the Official Liquidator. 307. The Official Liquidator shall, as far as possible, personally appear and conduct all proceedings before the Court in the liquidation, provided that the Official Liquidator may apply to the Court for sanction to employ an advocate or advocates to assist him, and the Court may, on such application, sanction such employ ment or pass such further or other orders as it may think fit.
