Association of employees in management decision making process. 42. Every multi State co operative society shall devise such procedure, as may be specified in the bye laws or in the administrative instructions of such society, for the association of the representatives of employees of such multi State co operative societies at such level or bodies as may be specified in the bye laws or the instructions issued in this regard, in the management decision making process.
