Section 57 - Register of members. - Multi-State Co-Operative Societies Act, 2002

Register of members . 57. Any register or list of members or shares kept by any multi State co operative society shall be prima facie evidence of any of the following particulars entered therein, namely: ( a ) the date on which any person entered in such register or list became a member; and ( b ) the date on which any such person ceased to be a member.
