Clause 122 - Amendment of section 122. - Finance Bill, 2012Extract Amendment of section 122. 122. In section 122 of the Customs Act, (i) in clause (b), for the words "two lakh", the words "five lakh" shall be substituted; (ii) in clause (c), for the words "ten thousand", the words "fifty thousand" shall be substituted.
