RULE 43. Sittings of the Tribunal. — (1) The Tribunal shall not ordinarily hold sittings on Saturdays, nor on any Sundays and other public holidays. [(2) The sitting hours of the Tribunal shall ordinarily be as under :— In New Delhi, Bombay and Madras From 10.30 A.M. to 1.30 P.M. and from 2.15 P.M. to 4.45 P.M. In Calcutta From 10.15 A.M. to 1.15 P.M. and from 2.00 P.M. to 4.30 P.M.]
