2. Definitions. — In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires :— (a) "Act" means the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962). (b) "Customs Document" means document used in compliance with the provisions of the Act and includes a bill of entry, shipping bill, bill of export, import manifest, import report, export manifest, export report, bill of transhipment, baggage declaration, show cause notice and any order passed under the Act. (c) "Section" means section of the Act.
