12. Change in directors of company, etc. - In case a company holding a licence under regulation 7 undergoes any change in the directors, or managing director, such change shall forthwith be communicated by such licensee to the 1 [Principal Commissioner of Customs or Commissioner of Customs, as the case may be] within one month of such change. ---------------- Notes:- 1.
