11.Repeal and Savings 1. The Issue of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds and Ordinary Shares (Through Depository Receipt Mechanism) Scheme, 1993 shall be repealed except to the extent relating to foreign currency convertible bonds. 2. Notwithstanding such repeal,anything done or any action taken under the Issue of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds and Ordinary Shares (Through Depository Receipt Mechanism) Scheme , 1993, shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Scheme.
