Amendment of section 127B .

84. In the Customs Act, in section 127B, sub-section (1A) shall be omitted.

Notes on Clauses:

Clause 84 of the Bill seeks to amend section 127B of the Customs Act, so as to omit sub-section (1A) thereof.
