Clause 228 - Amendment of Act 14 of 2001 - Finance Bill, 2016Extract PART VIII A MENDMENT TO THE F INANCE A CT, 2001 Amendment of Act 14 of 2001 228. In the Finance Act, 2001, the Seventh Schedule shall be amended, (i) in the manner specified in the Twelfth Schedule; (ii) in the manner specified in the Thirteenth Schedule, with effect from the 1st day of January, 2017.
