NOTIFICATION NO. 10/2013 [F.NO.P.12011/4/2012-SO (ES CELL)] DATED 19-8-2013 GSR 558(E), In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with clause (ee) of sub-section (2) of section 73 of the Prevention of Money-laundering Act, 2002 (15 of 2003), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules relating to the procedure and manner of taking possession of attached or frozen properties confirmed by the Adjudicating Authority, namely:- Short title and commencement 1. (1) These rules may be called the Prevention of Money-laundering (Taking Possession of Attached or Frozen Properties Confirmed by the Adjudicating Authority) Rules, 2013. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
