Amendment of First Schedule.
118. In the Central Excise Tariff Act, 1985 (5 of 1986) (hereinafter referred to as the Central Excise Tariff Act), the First Schedule shall be amended in the manner specified in the Fifth Schedule.
Notes on Clauses:
Clause 118 of the Bill seeks to amend the First Schedule to the Central Excise Tariff Act in the manner specified in the Fifth Schedule so as to revise the tariff rates in respect of certain tariff items.
