9. Term of office of Member.- Save as otherwise provided in these rules, the Chairman, Chairperson, President, ViceChairman, Vice- Chairperson, Vice President, Presiding Officer, Accountant Member, Administrative Member, Judicial Member, Expert Member, Law Member, Revenue Member, Technical Member or, as the case may be, Member shall hold office for a term as specified in column (5) of the said Schedule and shall hold the office up to such age as specified in column (6) in the said Schedule from the date on which he enters upon his office and shall be eligible for reappointment.
