Rule 61 - Printing of forms - Delhi Value Added Tax Rules, 2005Extract 61. Printing of forms All forms prescribed in these Rules shall be printed under the authority of the Commissioner and be obtainable from him or his authorised agent on payment of such charges, as may be specified by the Commissioner from time to time. Provided that any form in force before commencement of these Rules and which may be specified by the Commissioner by order in writing may continue to be used for such period as specified in the said Order Provided further that the provisions of this Rule shall not apply to such form or forms as the Commissioner may specify in this behalf. It shall be open for a dealer to download such forms from the official website that may be notified by the Commissioner.
