10. Maintenance, production, inspection, etc. of accounts, entry into premises, etc .- Subject to these rules and the Central Rules, the provisions of the Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004 (Delhi Act 3 of 2005) and the rules made thereunder shall apply mutatis mutandis to the publication of lists of registered dealers, the maintenance, production and inspection of accounts, the entry and search of premises, the furnishing of information relating to the business of a dealer and any other matter specified in sub-section (4) of section 13 of the Act.
