Amendment of section 216. 71. In section 216 of the principal Act, in sub-section ( 1 ),- ( i ) in clause ( b ), for the word company , the words company; or shall be substituted; ( ii ) after clause ( b ), the following clause shall be inserted, namely:- ( c ) who have or had beneficial interest in shares of a company or who are or have been beneficial owners or significant beneficial owner of a company. .
