THE NINTH SCHEDULE (See section 253) AMENDMENT TO PAYMENT AND SETTLEMENT SYSTEMS ACT, 2007 (51 OF 2007) 1. In section 23, in sub-sections (4), (5) and (6), after the words, figures and brackets the Banking Regulation Act, 1949 (10 of 1949) the Companies Act, 2013 , the words and figures or the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 shall be inserted. 2. In section 23A, in sub-section (3), after the words and figures the Companies Act, 2013 , the words and figures or the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 shall be inserted.
