87. Amendment of section 84.
In the Customs Act, in section 84, for the word “post”, wherever it occurs, the words “post or courier” shall be substituted.
Notes on Clauses:
Clause 87 of the Bill seeks to amend section 84 of the Customs Act to include reference to import or export of goods by courier.
