AMENDMENTS TO THE DEPOSITORIES ACT, 1996

188. Commencement of this Part.

The provisions of this Part shall come into force on such date as the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.

Clause 188 of the Bill seeks to provide for commencement of Part XI of Chapter VIII from such date as may be notified by the Central Government.
