Amendment of section 239 35 . In section 239 of the principal Act , in sub-section (2), after clause (e), the following clause shall be inserted, namely:- (ea) other proof confirming that there is no payment of an unpaid operational debt by the corporate debtor or such other information under clause (e) of sub-section (3) of section 9; .
