The Multi-State Cooperative Societies Rules, 2002 Ministry of Agriculture (Department of Agriculture and Cooperation) Notification New Delhi, the 2nd December 2002 G.S.R 790(E) -In exercise of the powers conferred by section 124 of the Multi-State Cooperative Societies Act, 2002 (39 of 2002), the Central Government hereby make the following rules, namely: CHAPTER 1 PRELIMINARY Short title and commencement 1. (1) These rules may be called the Multi-State Cooperative Societies Rules, 2002. (2) These rules shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
