Refusal of amendment of bye-laws 7. (1) Where the Central Registrar refuses to register an amendment of bye-laws of a multi-state cooperative society under sub-section (9) of section 11, he shall communicate the order of refusal together with the reasons therefor to the chief executive of a multi-state cooperative society, through registered post. (2) The manner of communication of the order of refusal under sub-rule (1) shall be conclusive proof that the amendments of bye-laws have been refused and communicated to the society.
